  1. Delivery matrix – customers can access 100’s of training materials, templates and simulations in this database.  Further, your organization can customize with tools that you already use.  This is an excellent tool to share / replicate standard work documents.
  2. Project pipeline – This is the tool we use to scope, prioritize, and track results of projects that our consultants and your internal leads are delivering.  Winston Churchill said “However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results..”
  3. Certification Matrix / LMS – this is the database that we develop and build for your internal leaders.  The certification matrix tracks each person’s progress and the learning management system (LMS) is where our tests & exams are housed.

All (3) databases are available for licensing and availble 24 x 7 and are available in our on-line store for purchase.

In addition, the on site consulting services (see services page) are typically delivered using SCORE* methodology (registered trademark of BMGi) because it reflects the four basic steps of plan-do-check-adjust.
