Our Approach
| Learning |
|
| How can sustainable change occur, except that it be preceded by learning? So we can’t go too far in the discussion of CI without this key topic.
Bloom’s taxonomy, in the cognitive domain, describes that adults learn by moving through (6) levels. Knowledge -> comprehension -> application -> analysis -> synthesis and then evaluation. Since this 1950’s research many things have changed, but how adults learn is basically the same.
TGG understands these key concepts, so first and foremost we are trainers & mentors. Because of this grounded approach to learning we:
- Generate significant excitement
- Produce sustainable change
- Empower employees
- Change cultures, and
- Produce excellent results
Why? Because all sustainable change is preceded by learning. |
 Bloom's Taxonomy - Learning in Action |
| Leaders |
|
| Whether our teams are learning in classrooms, Kaizen events, or performing Leaders Standard Work – one thing remains central: we are identifying new leaders within your organization.
Core research contributions in the “full range leadership model” help us understand four elements of a transformational leader.
1. Individualized consideration
2. Intellectual stimulation
3. Inspirational motivation
4. Idealized Influence
Our goal is not only to emulate these key elements ourselves, but also to foster them in your leaders.
Learning, leaders and then we move to strategic change. |
 Full Range Leadership Model |
| Strategic Change (Q X A = E) |
|
| Most over complicate strategic change: rational solutions using tools (producing ‘quality (Q) solutions‘) supported by the acceptance (A) of stake holders in the area, determine if we produce effective (E) change.
TGG recognizes these elements in change management; additionally we factor in:
- Complexity of the problem
- JDI
- Work out
- Kaizen
- DMAIC
- Strategic project
- Size and nature of the teams, and
- When learning is required at both the individual level – but also the group level
Learning – Leaders – Strategic Change. It’s a cycle that we understand very well at TGG and what allows us to bring such valuable expertise to your company. |
