Transactional Lean Master

  1. Level 4 completion of at least 75% of TGG tool list
    (45 tools in total)
  2. (3) training classes:
    4 Day Transactional Lean
    3 Day Morae Software (Recording PC’s)
    4 Day Advanced Transactional Lean OR 4 Day RCFA
  3. (3) books and their associated reports (papers)
  4. Co-lead (2) work outs
  5. Co-lead (2) SCORE events
 Transactional Green Belt

  1. Level 2 completion of at least 75% of TGG tool list
    (45 tools in total)

    4 Day Transactional Lean

Manufacturing Lean Master

  1. Level 4 completion of at least 75% of TGG tool list

    4 Day Manufacturing Lean
    3 Day Morae Software (SMED, time-study)
    4 Day Advanced Manufacturing Lean OR 4 Day RCFA

Both Lean Master certifications require 4 – 8 months
