| TGG’s (4.5) day class has equal class time between teaching and experiential hands-on exercises/simulations and almost every training module is less than (30) slides.Every day begins and closes with exercises led by … you! We prefer to have students come to this class with pre-assigned book reports that they present to the class during our lunch breaks to re-enforce the topics of the course.Students will form a firm foundation in PDCA and facilitation that allows them to a) better select the right tools, but also b) understand Lean road maps that provide a higher structure for their application.Students will leave the course excited, engaged, and eager to lead strategic change.Hours of this course count toward our Lean Master and Green Belt certifications. |

How to Facilitate a Kaizen Event
Our overall goal is to build your confidence as an analyst, a facilitator, a
teacher, a mentor and the ability to break Feistel functions in 64 bit
encryption (some projects tempt us to retire in isolated cubicles with 0′s and
1′s.).
As your personal ability increases in these key roles, you will find that
sustainability of events becomes a natural by-product that isn’t forced or
manufactured. “It’s not the big that eat the small, but the fast that eat
the slow” and the importance of sustainable results is what you can bring to
your organziation.
Uno Mas
The more that you know, the more that you know that you don’t know.
Attending our training will add ‘one more’ technique, approach, or tool that you can immediately incorporate into your approach and even the most
senior-experienced leaders can learn one more that improves their effectiveness.
(50) ways to use a brick, several dozen methods to throw ‘soft projectiles’ in
class, and many many more.
