(3) Reasons Some Will Not Contact Us:

1) “I can’t see (the transactional wastes)”

Although some of these types of people won’t tell us they can’t see – it’s obvious that they are completely blind.  In a recent Kaizen event we found over 25,000 emails devoted to a single process in a single group … in a single month.  Wasteful?  You bet!  Looking for information outside of the system is a routine opportunity and email generally is completely out of control.

2) “I’ll do it myself”

We would love nothing more than to see you do this!  Our techniques are new – they are well thought through – and come from many years of consulting in different industries solving many types of problems.  Our graph is patented and the data that Morae provides simply doesn’t compare to other screen recording software on the market.  With some general training & instruction – you can do just that!

3) “Services are too expensive”

Our model is complete internalization of training & Kaizen facilitation within your company and our track record is consistent with this commitment.  Furthermore general return on investment ranges from 3 – 5x on projects that we work on.  But if this still doesn’t convince you – contact Terri and we can meet any reasonable agreement – especially on your first engagement with TGG.  Need a ROI commitment in writing?  We can do that too.

We stay in business by providing exceptional value to our clients – and we’ve been doing this since 2000 when we began.
