Facilitator Lean Training Week 1


“Knowing is not enough; we must apply.” In truth, even the greatest knowledge will not materialize in benefits until it is properly applied. Many Lean experts know the concepts, tools, and techniques, but struggle to organize an event or engage the team into productive, time bounded activities to achieve specific goals.

This four-day class, is a down-to-earth session which reinforces the importance of Lean concepts (such as continuous flow). And you will learn how to plan, organize, and conduct a Kaizen guiding the team to success. Topics covered in this training include:

  1. Kaizen roadmap
  2. Lean history
  3. Common Kaizen tools
  4. Several simulations
  5. Visual workplace

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Improve the flow of a process
  2. Run a Kaizen event
  3. Engage a team in an event
  4. Use of team members’ personalities to improve team’s performance
