Description:

Today’s modern offices are full of waste. The (Transactional) manager and supervisor lean training class teaches, the basic Lean concepts and Lean leadership. Leaders in a transactional environment are more effective when they understand how to apply basic Lean concepts. The student will learn the necessary leadership skills that are required during a Lean transformation. Students will also learn to how to identify waste and gain a clear understanding of how to improve transactional processes.

At the end of this session, participants will know how to apply the following Lean leadership concepts:

  1. Leaders Standard Work
  2. Daily Management
  3. Tiered Meetings and Genba walks
  4. Process confirmation audits
  5. Policy Deployment
  6. World-Class Leadership
  7. Dealing with Resistance
  8. Listening for Understanding
