Failure and Learning can often be used interchangeably. However, this is not always the perception in today’s workplace. Employees are often afraid to fail, due to potential negative consequences. One of the biggest fears in continuous improvement is failing. Learning Lean tools and concepts is a journey that is full of rewarding experiences. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an accelerated start as a lean facilitator?

This session will provide students with the knowledge to successfully lead their own continuous improvement activities, focusing on project management, planning, and analysis.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Adequately Select, Clarify, Run and Evaluate a Kaizen event
  2. Effectively teach and train colleagues Lean Six Sigma
  3. Lead a Kaizen event
  4. Empower a team to create results
  5. Effectively navigate the mechanics of change
