Productivity Coach (Transactional)


This service is targeted to improve the productivity of professional resources when working on their PC.  Common job titles include:

Plant managers
Controller / finance

We observe common tasks that occupy their time when using their PC and – in some cases – use Morae recorder to capture data from their PC.  We apply 5s to **all areas of the PC and focus on indexing opportunities (to reduce search time), and any other areas of waste.  This can include email analysis where inbound & outbound email are analyzed by frequency, subject, and recipient / senders.  As mentioned in numerous places on our website – we work rapidly through PDCA cycles and then leave our clients with standard work.

Ideally, clients will help populate a team that includes upstream process members, downstream process members, and other ‘like’ resources.  TGG can arrange to bring in our other clients to participate depending upon the nature of the application.  Team sizes range from 3 to 15.
