Your physical playbook comes on a 3-ring bound clipboard (11×17 in.) which allows for ease in adding existing standard work processes and determining what new plays are needed to close gaps in other areas. At TGG we can help you build and customize a playbook for your organization. 

We primarily work with businesses larger than $100M and our returns are typically measured in EBITDA or free cash flow. Our clients receive a return of 5 to 7X on their consulting investment. A typical engagement with TGG lasts 6 to 18 months and investments range from $25,000 – $150,000 for a single location.
