Client Relations Specialist

(Position 1 of 3)

This full-time position will promote a positive and professional image of tgg and respond to client communications in a timely manner.

A large part of this position is assisting clients with our certification process in a learning management system. This will require data entry and reporting, as well as ensuring the accurate progression of student certification. This position will also provide administrative assistance to our consultants as they work with our clients. This includes booking travel, printing and shipping training material, and confirming consultants stay within budget and do the necessary pre/post work for each client event.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

The Client Relations Specialist will primarily work with tgg consultants and tgg clients. Additionally, they will work alongside tgg office staff and report to the tgg President.

Job responsibilities may include tasks for our non-profit company ‘Guthrie Orphans & Widows’ as well – www.gowministries.org.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing position

Skills/Experience:

  • Pleasant, personable demeanor (face-to-face, on the phone and via email)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (specifically Moodle) a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full Stack .NET Developer

(Position 2 of 3)

We are looking for an MVC Full Stack .Net Developer to assist with the maintenance and development of new and existing software systems written within the .NET ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both backend and frontend development. The ability to design and implement intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing front end SPA’s is important.

This position will work alongside tgg office staff and report to the tgg President. Additionally, this position will serve as a mentor to a “programmer-in-training”, so must be comfortable in a teaching type role.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years experience required

Skills/Experience:

  • C#/.NET back end technologies
  • Razor
  • Jquery
  • Angular (2.0 and onward – experience with AngularJS is a plus)
  • JavaScript (JQuery)
  • Linq
  • TypeScript (can be learned quickly if candidate has extensive JavaScript experience)
  • Solid knowledge of REST Services and JSON
  • HTML and CSS
  • Bootstrap

Preferred Additional Skills:

(Position 3 of 3)

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to work with manufacturing, transactional and/or equipment environments. Job responsibilities will include teaching, mentoring/coaching, assessments, data analysis, and consulting.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years external consulting job experience
  • Lean master, Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified

Skills/Experience:

  • 3P
