Lean Manager Concentration

For managers, mid-level supervisors, and management development program candidates.

This concentration provides students with the basics of Lean and how they, as managers, as can improve their methods to be leaders of improvement. Designed to make the participants aware of how they respond to different circumstances communicates a message to those around them, whether they say something or not. It also provides them with insights into interpreting how others respond and how to help move their organizations toward a more positive workplace. TGG teaches lean concepts through an economic lens, which provides clarity and a new business perspective. The objective is to build confidence within the learner, so they can incorporate these concepts into their daily routines – creating a culture of well-informed, decisive leaders.
