Lean Six Sigma Management Consultant

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to work with manufacturing, transactional and/or equipment environments. Job responsibilities will include teaching, mentoring/coaching, assessments, data analysis, and consulting.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years external consulting job experience
  • Lean master, Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified

Skills/Experience:

  • 3P
  • ToyotaKata
  • Lean Accounting (Box scores)
  • Root cause failure analysis (RCFA)
  • Equipment Reliability
  • SMED
  • Transactional mapping & improvements
  • Kaizen facilitation
  • 5s / visuals
  • DMAIC
  • Runner, repeater, stranger analysis for supply chain

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Expert skills analyzing data in Minitab or Excel.  Ability to work with complex data sets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Disciplined
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working for a faith-based organization
  • Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of humor

Commissioned Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will have an existing network with private equity and/or corporate C suite executives.  This candidate may be gainfully employed, retired or semi-retired.  Typically this candidate is only seeking residual income streams for their retirement. 

Requirements:

  • 20+ years corporate work experience
  • First hand experience with Lean Six Sigma transformations and the power of these principles

Skills/Experience:

  • Have some working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma & the breakthrough gains that are possible in business using these tools and techniques

Terms / Rates:

  • The basic commission structure is (5%) for one year on all consulting revenue stemming from sales lead
  • tgg is only seeking the qualified sales lead; no prior sales training is required
  • No sales presentations or proposals are required from the candidate
