Entering the Order Correctly, the First Time
The timeliness, and completeness of your customer’s order is paramount to your team’s completing that order correctly, in an efficient manner, and delivering it on-time to your customer. When the information for a loan, a manufactured product, or an insurance claim is taken or entered incorrectly there’s a ripple effect of negative consequences. Any of these sound familiar?

It costs $ 10 and 10 hours if we catch the error within our organization (downstream). $ 100 or 100 hours is the cost if the problem gets to the customer.
